About Air Fry Toolkit

Air Fry Toolkit is a free, independent website that helps you cook in an air fryer with less guesswork. It's run by Lee Palmer, an independent publisher based in Canada who builds small, practical tool websites.

Why this site exists

Most air fryer advice gives one exact time, as if every fryer were the same. They aren't. Fan power, basket size and how much food you add all change the result. This site gives realistic check windows instead, explains what to look for, and lets you keep notes on what works in your own fryer.

How the tools work

  • Cooking finder and chart: starting temperatures and time ranges for 35 common foods, fresh and frozen, adjusted for thickness and fryer style.
  • Temperature guide: the safe minimum internal temperatures published by Health Canada and the USDA, side by side.
  • Oven converter: a common rule of thumb (about 15°C / 25°F cooler and 20% less time) with a suggested first check.
  • Timer and cooking notes: run entirely in your browser. Notes are saved on your own device and never sent to us.

How guides are written

Guides start from official food-safety guidance, then give time ranges that work for typical 4–6 quart basket fryers, with notes on thickness, frozen food and oven-style models. Product details come from manufacturer listings and independent reviews, which are listed on our Sources page. Each page shows the month it was last reviewed.

How the site is funded

Air Fry Toolkit is free to use. It may show ads through Google AdSense, and some product links are Amazon affiliate links, which may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Advertisers and retailers have no say over what we write or recommend. See our affiliate disclosure.
